CAYROL INTERNATIONAL owns a French and European savoir-faire and a long experience in the production of natural renewable energy.

CAYROL INTERNATIONAL has developed essential skills through the years on an administrative and technical level, as well as environmentally speaking in order to be present on the whole development and building chain of the renewable energies projects. This specific aspect brings a competence that can’t be found everywhere in France and enables the company to respond to the technical and environmental issues during the production while managing the deadlines and costs.
By internally undertaking all the stages of design, building and operation, we can create reliable production tools that are perfectly suitable for each site.
CAYROL INTERNATIONAL also handles the operation of the assets and prepares the technical and administrative renewal of its facilities. We develop specific security processes for each power station in order to ensure an efficient and reliable maintenance.

Our company IN A FEW DATES
Léonce Cayrol creates the hydroelectric firm in RABASTENS in the Tarn department (81). He equips an old lock with an 800kW turbine he found on a site in Alsace. The André Laroque de Castres institutions made the civil engineering.
On January 11 he participates to the auctioning of the MIZGIER factories. Léonce Cayrol is then declared successful bidder and purchases the Montartier site (4500 KW) and the La Balme site (750 KW), which were in ruins. In the same time he creates the hydroelectric company CAYROL & COMPAGNIE and names Jean Cayrol as its manager. They begin renovating the Montartier power plant that they will end in 1976, followed by La Balme in 1979 where they will increase the power by 400%.
The company buys the APAS site in SAINT-MARTORY (31) , former home to the Sirven paper mills. Many stages will complete the renovation like the creation of an adjoining production site in 1993 and the complete renovation of the hydraulic edges in 2010. In 2009, one of the first fish-friendly VLH turbines was built in the canal in order to use the charge loss to create an intermediary fall.
The company buys the SAINT-THIBERY (34) corn mill that was built during the XIII century. The license will be effective in 1987 and there will be a two-years restoration work before its commissioning in 1989.
CAYROL INTERNATIONAL is created to increase and promote the company abroad.
We build the well-type hydro power plant of ENTRAYGUES-SUR-TRUYERE (12) with three 600kW turbines.
During this year the company will buy the SAINT LEGER (73) power plant but also power plants of the Mill, the Island and the Lock in FROUARD (54) and finally a last one in MERLE (81) which was sold again after its renovation.
We build the hydro power plant in ARCOCHET (73). We buy and renovate the hydro power plant in NOHEDES (66).
We began building solar power plants for three years.
We buy and renovate the CASTAING mill in GIRONDE (33).
ARCOCHET power plant is put into operation. We buy the CHRISTINE power plant that was built in 1935 for PEYCHINET ELECTROMETALLURGIE ‘s energetic needs. Three years will be needed to bring the site back its beauty and industrial heritage. A power plant running the flow that is dedicated to the dam and a fish pass are created.
We operate our first wind power site.
